Prior to joining Stein in 2019, she worked in the travel industry for over 12 years, in inbound tourism sales and coordination, as a corporate sales representative of an Online Travel Agency and business travel operator. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ritsumeikan University.

マルセルはオーストリアと日本の両方で育ち、西洋とアジアの世界を橋渡しすることを常に自身の使命としている。アドバンテージオーストリア東京（オーストリア大使館商務部）では主にオーストリアのハイテク企業の日本市場でのサポート事業を手がけ、8年間勤務した後、2019年5月27日に合同会社げんてんを設立。合同会社げんてんの目的は海外企業やスタートアップの日本市場参入をサポートし、日本のインベーションを加速する事であり、特にサステナブルな社会を実現するために必要な技術を輸入し、日本の地方創生に貢献する事です。

Raised both in Austria and Japan his mission was always to bridge the Western and Asian worlds. After 8 years at Advantage Austria Tokyo (Austrian Embassy - Commercial Section in Tokyo) serving mainly Austrian tech companies to support their business in Japan he has founded genten LLC in May 27, 2019. The purpose of genten LLC is to enable the successful market entry of foreign companies and startups into the Japanese market and accelerate innovation. Especially technologies which enables a more sustainable society are in focus and by importing them genten LLC wants to contribute to the revitalization of Japan’s rural regions.

Holding a Bachelor and Masters in Law from Waseda University, Keisuke Ando is a lawyer at Kojima General Law Office in Yokohama. Prior to joining this law office, he worked as a policy secretary for a Japanese M.P of the Liberal Democratic Party, after his registration as a lawyer. ダニール コズロフ / Daniil Kozlov

ダニールは、シリアルアントレプレナーとして、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、ロシアで数々のビジネスを立ち上げた実績を持つ。この10年間で、16の国々において200を超えるスタートアップに対して、ビジネス戦略策定やプロダクトマーケットフィット調査、売上の拡大、資金調達等の面で支援を行ってきた。現在は、GVAcceleratorの運営を担っており、GVAの起業家及び投資家向けプログラム開発の全てを監督している。

自身の会社経営の傍ら、およそ2年間ほど、デジタルエンターテイメントやメディアの業界にも携った経験を持つ。また、モスクワのボストンコンサルティンググループのコンサルタントの一員として、CIS諸国の大手企業向けの多くのプロジェクトに取り組んだ。

セントルイス・ワシントン大学にて学士号（経営工学）取得。エラスムス大学ロッテルダム経営大学院にて修士号（新規事業開発及びアントレプレナーシップ）取得。

Daniil is a serial entrepreneur who has launched businesses in Europe, US and Russia. In the last 10 years he has worked with over 200 startups from 16 different countries helping them to develop their business strategy, find product-market fit, increase sales and find investments. He currently runs GVAccelerator and oversees development of all other GVA entrepreneur and investor programs.

Besides building his own companies Daniil has also worked for 2 years in the digital entertainment and media industry. He has also worked on a number of projects for large corporations in CIS as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Moscow.

Daniil holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and New Business Venture from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
